Hej Pär! Du är barchef på Hillenberg. Vad gör er bar speciell? Hillenberg har två barer med helt olika karaktärer. Vi serverar även hela matmenyn i båda dessa barer. Fram till kl. 23 kan ni välja från hela menyn, därefter finns ett mindre utbud av mat fram till en halvtimma före stängning.
Många platser i restaurangen går inte att boka. Hur funkar det?
Vi har ca 40 obokbara platser på Hillenberg. Dessa går alltså inte att boka på förhand, utan finns tillgängliga för den lite mer spontana gästen!
